Moment is Pieter Waiser’s entry level white blend. He is incredibly fussy about the provenance of the fruit for this blend selecting from only ancient sites. Pieters mission is to make a selection of ever changing cuvees with the intention of getting people to try wine without any preconceptions of what they are drinking.
